Trail Description

Ascent on the Salvenbahn I (up to the Hopfgarten mid lift station) – Rigi – Hexenwasser – Söll – Itter- Hopfgarten i. Brixental

Duration: 2.5 hrs.
Length: 22 km
Elevation gain: 590 metres

Once you have surmounted the first 400 metres uphill to Alpine guesthouse Rigi, you will have the greatest challenge behind you. From the Rigi, it’s downhill via the Kraftalm to Hexenwasser at the Söll mid lift station. From here into the valley to Söll, from where a beautiful cycle path leads to Itter. From the football field in Itter take the path to Hacha and back to Hopfgarten.
