Astberg Pony Alm
Pony riding – Hiking – Relaxing
The Ponyalm opened on 03.06.2021!
With their 20 ponies, the cable car companies have created a pony pasture on the Astberg in Going am Wilden Kaiser. Accompanied by professional pony riders, children can explore the area on horseback.
From the Wilder Kaiser and the Kitzbüheler Horn to the Grossglockner - on the Astberg fantastic views await me. A place where I can enjoy a sense of freedom. First I take the Astbergbahn chairlift and then, as I enjoy the leisurely ascent, I take my time and a deep breath and feel the wonderful peace radiating from the lake. Especially on a clear summer day, this is a very special place when the refection of the Wilder Kaiser shimmers on the Astbergsee lake. Enjoying a day of activity or simply switching off - on Going’s Astberg, the choice is mine.
The Astberg also has plenty to offer families. One highlight is the Pony Alm with the 20 cutest ponies. Together, I explore the area on the back of the ponies - a dream for all kids. Then I settle down on one wooden loungers at the unique Kaiserkino. The cinema serves as an oasis of calm. I take the opportunity to rest, recharge my atteries and enjoy the gigantic view of the Wilder Kaiser.
I set off and hike around the Astberg or down into the valley to Going. No rush, no pressure, just peace and quiet. Experiencing an active day or simply witch off - for this I like to come to the Astberg in Going.
Pony riding tariff if you used the Astbergbahn: 5,00€
Pony riding tariff without using the Astbergbahn: 25,00 €
The Astberg will delight me with a genuine open-air imperial cinema, which will serve primarily as an oasis of peace.
On the different plateaus there are pleasant wooden loungers, which offer me the perfect opportunity to relax and recharge your batteries with a gigantic panoramic view, power and sun.
