Wilder Kaiser - Brixental
Those who prefer exploring on two wheels have 400 km of mountain bike routes to choose from. Take your bike on the Wilder Kaiser – Brixental cable cars and start your dream tour at a healthy altitude.
You can take your mountain bike with you on these cable cars free of charge:
- Brixen im Thale: Hochbrixen (1) (removable batteries must be taken out)
- Hopfgarten: Salvenbahn I (20)
- Scheffau: Brandstadlbahn I + II (61 + 62)
- Söll: Gondelbahn Hochsöll (40)
- Westendorf: Gondelbahn Alpenrosenbahn I + II (110 + 111) (removable batteries must be taken out)
Bicycle transport subject to a charge
- Ellmau: 10-seater gondola Hartkaiserbahn (80)
- Going: Astbergbahn 4-seater chairlift

Note: Mountain bikes are not permitted on the Hohe Salve (42) + Salvenbahn II (22) + Zinsbergbahn (3) cable cars. Mountain biking is forbidden within all mountain theme parks (on the marked trails in the Mountain Theme Parks)
Transport of bike trailers is not possible with all mountain railways. Detailed information can be obtained from the individual mountain railways.
