Great Salvenberg tour
Bike tour in Hopfgarten
Route description
I start my tour at the Wasserfeld car park P3 in Hopfgarten. From there, I follow the signs no. 269 through the centre of Hopfgarten. Passing the information office, I reach the valley station, where I turn left onto the Lindrainweg (no. 269).
At the Hopfgarten middle station, I continue to follow the signs no. 269, past the Hohe Salve reservoir and the Salvensee lake. I then cycle on towards the Rigi following the signs. If I wish, I can make a detour to the Kleine Salve before cycling down into the valley via trail no. 268.
Passing the Schornhof farm, I turn right into the forest and follow the signs until I reach Itter. I return to my starting point via trail no. 269 via Hacha back to Hopfgarten.
