Witch Knowledge Lesson

The witches show me their rooms, chambers and workshops. There's also the witches' kitchen and reading room. The witches show me how they cook, bake and smoke and tell me about old customs and myths.

The bewitched bathroom

"The lowest comes to the top", the witch gave me this advice and put me on my feet, "never forget how far your feet carry you. And if they carry you a long way, thank them". In the bewitched bathroom I do something good for my feet. With witchy oils, herbs and ointments, the witch leads me into her foot bath.

The HEXEREI - the witch centre

Schlammlawine - Mudslide

In the "Blaues Wunder" I build a mountain stream according to the witch's advice. The stream remains calm and safe, even when a mudslide threatens. There I learn from the water how it wants to be treated and how this watercourse protects us forever.

Water Hexperiments

The witch shows me a big bowl full of water and beats the rim with the witch's broom. The water dances and the drops jump up into the air. At the whirlpool, the singing bowls and rotating cylinders I learn more about the nature and secrets of water.

Die Alm und Du - The alp and you

During a visit at Simonalm, the witch takes me on a journey into the past. Together with her, I can grind flour, knead dough and bake flatbread. I can make my own butter with the milk from the cows and spread it on my bread.

Sundials

At Hohe Salve, the witch shows me the sundials and how they translate the events of the sky into a year, a month, a day or an hour. There, I learn about the history of timekeeping. When the wind blows over the Hohe Salve, the wind harp resounds in beautiful sounds.

Giant Soap Bubbles

"Your dreams are as beautiful as soap bubbles. Oh how beautiful, let them dance in the wind." The witches blow the smallest and biggest soap bubbles with me.
