Starting point: Brandstadlbahn top lift station
Kaiser Loop Trail, Scheffau Route description
Hike to the Brandstadl summit cross with a stunning view of the surrounding mountains. Continue to the KaiserWald forest. Then enjoy a relaxed barbecue with the group at the Brandstadl barbecue area (wood and coal available at the top lift station).
Possible route combinations Themed trails, such as the Marmot, Aualm and Eiberg loops, can be easily incorporated into this hike.
Pass the Jochstubnsee lake and you can also walk on to the Filzalmsee lake in Hochbrixen.
Or take the trail towards Ellmau and head to the mountain theme park, Ellmi‘s Zauberwelt.
