The data processing is required in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR for the fulfilment of the contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures.
In the case of region- or location-specific enquiries, offers and bookings, the personal data provided will be forwarded to the Kitzbühel Alps - Brixental Valley Tourist Board for the purpose of responding. There is an "order processor contract" with the latter in accordance with Art 28 of the GDPR.

When participating in a competition offered on this website, personal data (first name, surname, email address, address, telephone number) is collected.
By participating in the competition, the user gives his/her conclusive consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR that the personal data entered will be stored by the operator and used for the organisation of the competition, in particular for the assignment of the participation applications to the respective participants and for the determination and notification of the winners.
They will be stored for the duration of the competition and - for the processing of any prize and compensation claims - for a maximum of 3 years thereafter and then deleted.
