Spoggolino wooden marble run
Tyrol's longest marble run
The Spoggolino ball lift on the Choralpe at 1,820 metres provides action and fun for young and old. Pick up your wooden ball at the mountain station or valley station of the Alpenrosenbahn and start your adventure. The ball whizzes through the track, jumps and rolls rapidly through bends and sometimes even makes music. You can play on two tracks and test who can get the ball to the finish line most skilfully. You run alongside and cheer them on. Who is faster?
Route description
The starting point of Spoggolino is on the Choralpe plateau. You can reach it with the Alpenrosenbahn cable car and a short hike. From there, you can take a leisurely walk up the gravel path along the ball track or choose the varied Himmelsteig trail. Take the Alpenrosenbahn cable car back down to the valley.
