Get ready for a trip back in time on your snowboard! At RETRO SHRED DAY, we celebrate the golden days of snowboarding – in true 80s and 90s style. Old boards, colourful outfits and plenty of nostalgia take centre stage as we bring back the good old days together. The band ....... and DJock Norris provide the perfect soundtrack with rock and beats from the 80s and 90s. So grab your old board, put on your neon outfit and rock out with us in retro mode!

Hohe & Kleine Salve , Hopfgarten im Brixental

On Saturday, March 7, 2026, the Retro Ski Day will take place in the Hohe Salve region and in the SkiWelt Hopfgarten-Itter ski area in the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental! Immerse yourself in a time travel experience on the snow-covered slopes, surrounded by picturesque Alpine landscapes and a touch of nostalgia. This event, presented by the Hohe Salve Tourism Association and SkiWelt Hopfgarten-Itter, promises an unforgettable day filled with fun, music, and retro charm. Experience a Retro Ski Day with a fun ski race and enjoy the musical performances in the participating huts. Previously purchased tickets, including season passes, multi-day ski passes, etc., are of course also valid.  All information at: www.hohe-salve.com/retroskitag Save the date for the Retro Week 2027 from March 1st to March 6th 2027. The highlight on March 6th 2027, is the 4th Retro Ski Day in the Hohe Salve region.

Ski tour evening at the Kaiserlounge
The slope to the Hartkaiser is open for ski tourers. The ascent of about 3.8 km and 700 meters in altitude takes place on groomed but unlit slopes. The slope is closed from 10:00 PM, and this time must be strictly observed! Ski tourers are responsible for their own safety!
