The ski area

On New Year's Eve, various huts on Hochsöll offer a turn of the year on the mountain. The Hexenwasser gondola is also open at night for pedestrians and tobogganers on New Year's Eve. Please note the opening and closing times: Operating hours of the Hexenwasser gondola 6:30 - 8:00 pm 00:30 - 01:30 am Prices (1x ascent and descent) - Prices follow - Adults: Youths: Children: Prices (multiple ascents between 6:30 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. possible) - Prices follow - Adults: Youths: Children: Please note: the last descent is at 1:30 am. Night rides are only possible for pedestrians and tobogganers. The toboggan runs are also open. No access for skiers – the slopes are not open! Toboggan rental Sporthaus Edinger: until 6:00 p.m. Hohe Salve toboggan rental: 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. (+ for returning from 11:30 p.m. - 1:30 a.m.)

A very special end to the year - an experience for the whole family! The Hopfgartner mountain New Year's Eve with breathtaking fireworks. Take the Hopfgarten mountain railway directly to the middle station and experience your New Year's Eve on the mountain. (Gondola operation from 19:00 - 02:00) The hosts from Tennerstadl and Salvenalm look forward to seeing you: www.tenn.at and www.salvenalm.at  (All tables in the indoor area of the two huts have already been reserved. You can also eat in the heated party tent at the Salvenallm - no reservation is necessary here). In the Tennerstadl, groovy beats from DJ bäriger Bursch combined with the rousing saxophone solos of Hannah Lhotta are guaranteed to get the dancefloor shaking! A DJ ensures the best atmosphere at the Salvenalm. There's something for every music lover - from party music to oldies and pop evergreens. Celebrate New Year's Eve at 1550m! Start the year 2026 with us and a fantastic view! Celebrate the party of the year on New Year's Eve, 31 December 2025, high above the valley on the Ellmauer Hartkaiser! The gondola will take you up the mountain and down to the valley between 7pm and 2am! The Bergkaiser restaurant and the Kaiserlounge are open for you.

Beim Basis Camp erhalten Skifahrer und Snowboarder in einem 2-tägigen Kurs Backgroundinfo und Praxis für Off-piste Freaks. Dabei informieren staatlich geprüfte Ski- und Bergführer über alpine Gefahren abseits der gesicherten Pisten.
