We place the highest value on regionality and quality in our dishes. Many of the ingredients come from our own farm and production and are prepared with dedication by our chefs to create delicious dishes for our guests.

What is important to us

Of course we want you to enjoy your meal with us. But we also want to keep old recipes alive and offer traditional Tyrolean cuisine. It is also important to us where the ingredients come from. We want to know what or who is behind the food. We also place the highest demands on the meat and, above all, on the treatment of the animals. We also want to put our hens' eggs to good use and our bread oven needs to be utilised. All these things are reflected in our menus.
