Afterwards there is a pranayama session (breathing exercise) to calm the mind, followed by a cocoa ritual in which you set an intention for yourself. Guided mountain tour to the Ellmauer Tor From the Wochenbrunner Alm (1085m) you start in the direction of the Gaudeamushütte. Continue across alpine meadows, through mountain pine fields and later on a short, somewhat more difficult but rope-secured passage towards gravel fields. The route now leads over the scree field to the Ellmauer Tor (1981m), where a top view awaits you between the steep rock faces. Today you will hike along one of the 33 stages of the long-distance trail Adlerweg (Eagle Walk), in northern direction on marked trails up to the viewing platform „Adlerhorst“ with its great carvings and a fantastic view over the lower Inn Valley and the Kitzbühel Alps.
