With Flixbus and ÖBB to the SkiWelt

News | 07.12.2017

Public transport to one of the largest and most modern ski areas in the world - SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental offers this opportunity like no other ski region. Hopfgarten, Westendorf and Brixen i.Th. have their own train station, while all other resorts can be easily reached by train from Kufstein and Wörgl stations

New: Flixbus to the SkiWelt

Flixbus takes winter sports enthusiasts to the SkiWelt overnight 3 times a week. Whether The Hague, Antwerp, Rotterdam, Hamburg, Oldenburg, Hanover, Dortmund, Berlin, Leipzig, Dresden or Prague - 14 routes and over 70 boarding points are available to guests from December 8, 2017 - April 8, 2018. The next morning, you can hit the slopes refreshed and well-rested. Day guests from Munich can also hop on in the morning and can even book their SkiWelt ticket online.

More new offers

A new feature is the direct overnight train connection from London to Kufstein or Wörgl. Departing at 15.04 from London, you can travel to Brussels and Cologne and from there take the ÖBB NightJet to Tyrol - arriving at 8.30 in the morning, just perfect for the start of the ski day. An attractive alternative to air travel, which is offered seven days a week in both directions.

Tip

You can take the train to the "Berglift Hopfgarten" station in Hopfgarten and are only a few minutes' walk from the piste.
