Gamskogelhütte, Mountain Restaurant

From Westendorf in Brixental Valley, the road follows the Windauerache for around 16 kilometres into the rear Windau Valley, a jewel in the Kitzbühel Alps. The ‘Gamskogelhütte’ is located there at 1100 metres above sea level against a magnificent mountain backdrop. Three alpine pastures in the immediate vicinity, the roaring
