Yoga during pregnancy Yoga during pregnancy is good for your body, provides relaxation, and prepares you optimally for labor and your role as an expectant mom. You can participate in the course as a beginner or with yoga experience. Participation is possible from the twelfth week of pregnancy until delivery.
