The Crownhill Distillery is idyllically situated in Schwoich, surrounded by woods, meadows and fruit trees - yet easily accessible. 200 pear, plum and apple trees on his orchards provide the basis for Manfred Höck's fine brandies. In 2005, he took over his parents' farm and
