  • All lift tickets and SkiWelt hiking experience passes are not transferable and must be presented without being asked
  • Youth and child ski passes are issued only on presentation of a valid photo ID card!
  • Methods of payment: In cash; with EC card; we accept Visa or Mastercard

Any misuse or attempt to misuse the hiking pass will result in being confiscated without compensation - furthermore we will press charges. Tickets may not be transferred to another person, nor may the period of validity be extended or changed. Lost hiking passes will not be replaced. Bad weather, unforseen departure, business interruption, early lift closure ect. are no reasons for refunds or extensions. Reimbursements are only possible in the case of sports injuries (but not illness) for hiking passes valid for a minimum of 3 days, except season tickets. A medical certificate must be presented within 2 days. Refunds are purely goodwill services and later claims can not be taken into account. Customers with a min. 70% disability (ID requiered) pay youth tariffs for the SkiWelt hiking pass - no discount for the Kitzbühel Alps Summer Card.
