New Hartkaiserbahn in Ellmau

In summer 2015, the 44-year-old funicular was replaced by an ultra-modern 10-passenger XL gondola lift that plays all the tunes of modern ropeway technology. The new Hartkaiser cable car will be one of the most modern cable cars in the world!
Passengers will be transported from Ellmau to 1,530 meters in less than nine minutes. The total length is over 2.1 kilometers and the difference in altitude is 703 meters. All cabins are equipped with heated seats and WLAN, are handicapped accessible & a particularly long boarding area ensures comfortable and relaxed boarding.

The newly built valley station will be equipped with a sports store, heated ski depot and a restaurant & apres ski bar.
The "ErlebnisEldorado Hartkaiser" is being built at the mountain station with its own children's restaurant, childcare, ski depot and ski school area.
