Kundalini Yoga

In Parent-Child Yoga (6-session block), you spend quality time together and are fully present with each other.

We approach this playfully and age-appropriately. To loosen up and settle into the space, we start with a game. This is followed by our yoga practice, where we explore poses (asanas) both individually
