A little bit closer to heaven...

This is our motto when we welcome you to the Treichlhof.
Whether in summer after a mountain tour or in winter after a swift turn on the ski slope, a stop at our place is always worthwhile. We spoil you with freshly cooked delicacies and refreshing drinks. For our little guests we offer a large indoor children's playroom, so that even in bad weather there is enough time to play and romp around.
We are happy to cater for celebrations, parties and events of all kinds. We offer a beautiful wedding location on the mountain.

In summer, you can reach us comfortably by car/taxi from Ellmau via the road in the Kirchbichl district, or by taking the Astberglift from Going. Likewise, an approx. 1-hour hike on hiking trail no. 8/8a is possible from Ellmau or Going. We are barrier-free with amenities such as barrier-free WCs on the ground floor and nappy-changing room for our youngest guests.

Breakfast on the mountain daily from 09:00 to 11:00 - only on advance booking!


In winter, ski slope no. 90 and the toboggan run pass by our Treichlhof. You can reach us with the Astbergbahn cable car, or on foot/taxi/car (chains are sometimes compulsory) via the road in the Kirchbichl district. The toboggan run is illuminated until 24:00. Monday warm kitchen from 11:00 to 16:00. Closed on Tuesdays. Wednesday to Sunday: hot food from 11:00 to 20:30.

Nothing planned for New Year's Eve?
To welcome 2024 in style, there will be great entertainment with live music from Toni and Jana (Relaxed) and fireworks at the Treichelhof.
