Tyrol's first snail farm is located in Ellmau with a view of the Wilder Kaiser and offers ideal conditions for the breeding of "Helix Aspersa Maxima". Tours with tasting are available by reservation. Sale directly on-site, preferably with prior notification, as well as at the Wine Atelier Agnes.
