During the Almabtriebszeit there are traditional delicacies from the Tyrolean cuisine at the lodge hosts on Salvenberg.

The day starts very differently:

Angelika and Jakob from BERGGASTHOF TENN (rest day Monday) serve a poacher's breakfast from 09.00 to 11.00.

Hosts Erika and Toni from ALPENGASTHOF RIGI (closed Thursday) start the week from Monday to Tuesday with Brodakrapfn. It's going to be busy on the weekend (FR, SA, SO): Bladl with cabbage are on the menu. On Sunday there is also venison from Salvenberg.
Fresh dumplings from salad or soup are available daily.

On the KRAFTALM (rest day Tuesday) there are daily Bladl with cabbage and fresh trout from the own alpine pond. On Saturday and Sunday, a juicy mushroom goulash is offered. For reservations please call +43 5332 75152

Right at the summit of the Hohe Salve in the GIPFELALM (no rest day) there are many dishes as in the past - i.a. Bacon dumplings, Bauernbratl, Kasspatzl, venison goulash, peasant snacks and much more
Every day there is another culinary highlight: MO Erdäpfelpaunzen, DI pea soup, MI Ziachkiachl, DO Almerernudeln, FR Fastenknödel.
