During the Almabtriebszeit there are traditional delicacies from the Tyrolean cuisine at the lodge hosts on Salvenberg.

Angelika and Jakob from BERGGASTHOF TENN (rest day Monday) serve typical Tyrolean Brodakropfn. What is that? Figure it out! :)

The landlords Erika and Toni from ALPENGASTHOF RIGI (rest day Thursday) serve different dumpling variations and blad'l with cabbage this year. It's going to be hectic on the weekend - on Sunday there will be game from Salvenberg and oven-fresh roast.
Fresh dumplings from salad or soup are available daily.

Right at the summit of the Hohe Salve in the GIPFELALM (no rest day) there are many dishes as in the past - i.a. Kasspatzl, venison goulash, peasant snacks and much more
Every day there is another culinary highlight: MO Erdäpfelpaunzen, TUE pea soup, WED Ziachkiachl, THU Almerernudeln, FR Fastenknödel, SAT Kasspatzl with Alm cheese, SUN venison goulash.
