Griaß di on the Au Hochalm! I’ve reached this restaurant after hiking the Aualm trail. In wintertime, there are many skiers here at about 1600m. But now in summer, I can enjoy the tranquillity and watch the cows in the meadows. These cows eat only the best grass and I can clearly taste this while tasting the numerous Au Hochalm homemade dairy products.
I can have a breakfast plate with many more homemade products: artisan bread, various syrups, herbal teas, brandies, liqueurs, bacon and sausages from the cows and pigs that live her on the alms and lots more.
