In 2005, Private Living GmbH was founded by Esther and Alexander Drastil, in 2018 the company received its current name Austroswiss Betriebsgesellschaft m.b.H.

Besides our serviced apartments in Vienna and Kufstein, we also offer various other accommodation concepts developed by us for different purposes. These include, for example, the trendy and iconic boarding house Backstage in Kufstein or the hotel and gastronomy project "Platzhirsch" in the heart of Kufstein. As with all our lodging project, we always pay attention to a high and personal standard for these premises.

In the future, we would like to continue to offer many people individual, comfortable, temporary living and to develop, plan and implement project ideas with or for our partners. We always stand personally and responsibly behind our ideas, projects and brands.
