Julian Berger is a trained carpenter with many years of experience in the craft. Raised in the region, with a deep connection to craftsmanship, nature, and tradition - and a special passion for falcons and peregrine falcons, which are native to the mountains around Ellmau.

The name "FALKENSITZ" is not chosen by chance. It has a personal connection to these animals - those who look closely will discover them in various places in the apartment.
