We have focused our energy and transformed an old house into a new one. From the very beginning, we were certain: something special should be created here. Something that not only excites us but also you, your friends, and your family.

In doing so, we prioritized quality and didn't even consider anything unnecessary. We know that the experience takes place outdoors – skiing in the SkiWelt, hiking in the Kaiser Mountains, or dining in Ellmau Downtown.

Our apartments are designed to preserve these moments. They should be a place where you can relax, take it all in, and recharge your energy. A reliable refuge where you feel comfortable and safe.
