„Gruberhof“ je ve filmu rodnou horskou farmou a obydlím horského lékaře, jeho matky, bratra Hanse a dcery Lilli. Pokud se tam zrovna nenastěhoval tým seriálu „Bergdoktor“, jmenuje se statek „Köpfing“ a patří rodině Mayrových, která jej také obhospodařuje.
