Focus on guests. SkiWelt as a trendsetter of modern service facilities.
When it comes to
customer service, SkiWelt is at the cutting edge. This winter sees the introduction of a brand new attraction, namely
four “photo points” situated at the most undeniably stunning peaks in SkiWelt - the Hartkaiser, Brandstadl, Hohe Salve and Choralpe. From these points you can capture memories of your ski day, call them straight up on the
SkiWelt gallery and send them as an e-card. Basically: the postcard of the 21st century. The pictures are saved directly on your personal
SkiWelt “Skiline” account. As of this year, your personal “skiline analysis” can be displayed on Google Earth and the SkiWelt trail map.
From now on, you can access the latest
package deals for
all
accommodation in the SkiWelt area online at www.skiwelt.at. A service tool that meets the booking requirements of many holiday makers today: choose your ski resort, search for accommodation – book. Also continuously being enhanced is the
mobile.skiwelt.at website for mobile phones and other mobile equipment, which meanwhile already sends the latest information from SkiWelt directly to visitors in four languages.
New options available to the most devoted winter sports enthusiasts (with really great value prices for locals) thanks to
three types of season pass: The new
Tirol Snow Card for all lifts in Tyrol (excluding Sölden, Arlberg and Ischgl), the
Kitzbühel Alps AllStarCard (seven ski regions in Tyrol and Salzburg) and, of course, the classic
SkiWelt Season Pass, the popular
family season passes with especially good value child tariffs – this year children’s prices are even better than last year; youth pass tariffs remain unchanged. NB: season
pass pre-sale runs until
4th December – deadline for the best value pre-sale prices at all SkiWelt ticket counters.
