Frequently asked questions
- Is it possible to buy the Snow Card Tirol online? No. Due to new regulations, it is only possible to purchase them at the ticket offices until further notice.
- Can someone else buy the Snow Card Tirol on my behalf? Does this also apply to pre-sales? Yes! The purchaser will need the customer's details (first name, surname, date of birth and address). However, you will need to have your photo taken at the SkiWelt ticket office on your first day of skiing to activate the card. Please note: the card will not work without a photo! If you already have a Snow Card Tirol, simply give it to a friend to recharge!
- Can I buy a voucher during the pre-sale period and redeem it for a Snow Card Tirol at the pre-sale price after the pre-sale period has ended? No, the pre-sale price is only valid for collection during the pre-sale period, which runs from 27 September to 31 October 2025. If a voucher is purchased during the pre-sale period but redeemed after 31 October 2025, the standard rate applies.
