Hexenwasser Hochsöll Hohe Salve - MARVEL - CONTEMPLATE - COMPREHEND
With more than 60 wet and wonderful stations, the Hexenwasser theme park, meaning Witch Water, offers a natural experience and encourages the whole family to discover and explore. In the forest, water is “carried” up from down below, witches’ ladders, magic pumps and a great deal of magic and muscle power are required so you can enjoy a refreshing dip in your own witch’s spa. The people in charge of each station make sure visitors get to see and experience the fascinating wonders of nature in a fun way - whether listening to the spherical sounds of the singing water bowls, taking your shoes off on Austria’s longest barefoot trail and experiencing nature or baking bread on a stick at the fireplace with the Söll witches. (Stations manned daily from 11am-3pm)
Don’t miss a ride on the gondola lift from Hexenwasser up to the Hohe Salve, the most scenic mountain in Tyrol, with stunning 360° views and the little Salve chapel. Other popular attractions are the oversized wind harp and 12 sundial stations, whose secrets our Hexenwasser staff will gladly let you in on.

The Witch’s Umbrella 11 am – 3 pm daily
| When chanting sounds hover above the Hohe Salve, you can be sure it is the singing water bowl at the witch’s umbrellas. To make music fill the air, wet your hands and place them on both handles of the bowl. When you rub the palms of your hands or fingers on the handles, the bowl begins to resonate. A mighty sphere of sound then begins to spread. Here, depending on the pitch, different geometric patterns appear on the surface. See, hear and feel: this game for the senses becomes a fascinating, holistic experience that excites not just the user of the singing water bowl. |
